McCray Church
Originally named the Wesleyn Methodist Church, The McCray Church was founded in 1844. The McCray Church has been renovated several times over the years, most notably the addition of the Narthex (church entrance), which was completed in the mid 1980’s. The church is know to have been one of the stops in the Underground Railroad.
