John Brown Spirit of Freedom Weekend
The John Brown Spirit of Freedom Weekend is a two-day event located at the John Brown Tannery & Museum site in New Richmond, northeast of Meadville. This is an annual event that is held on the first weekend of May. The Spirit of Freedom Weekend will feature Civil War Re-enactors, continuous musical performances, arts and crafts, demonstrations, buggy rides over farm trails for children, food and refreshments and a dramatic production on the life of John Brown. A great experience for the whole family!
