Festivities begin at 6pm. Santa arrives at 6:30pm. March with Santa down Chestnut St. to the Downtown Mall. Carriage rides from 4-7pm at the Market House. Make it Meadville cookie contest @ the Bank. Hot chocolate sponsored by Windstream; music by COOL 101.7.
