Sunday, June 8, 2008, a 1942 Douglas DC-3 will be in the skies over Meadville when it attends the Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1194 of Meadville PA, 11th annual Fly-In and Drive-In Breakfast at the airport. The event is open to everyone and is a fun day at the Airport, bring your family. In addition to a great Home Style Breakfast with all you can eat pancakes, there will be ultralight, experimental and production aircraft, warbirds, helicopters on display and flying. Classic and Antique cars will also be on display. There will be 50/50 raffles, funnel cakes, home made ice cream and free balloons for the kids. Breakfast is from 8am-11:30 am and costs $6.50. Lunch is a la carte from 12 noon to 2pm.
