Did you know The Johnson-Shaw Stereoscopic Museum in Meadville honors the art of stereography? The stereoscope evolved into the modern day Viewmaster. Did you know a statue of George Washington in Waterford is the only one in the world featuring the President of the United States in British uniform?

Seaway Trail

The Seaway Trail extends westward in Erie County, PA for 64 miles along beautiful Lake Erie with its historic sites, wineries, state parks, beaches, restaurants, accommodations and the city of Erie's exciting bayfront district.

Recreation and history abound along the shores of Lake Erie. Historic sites tell stories of the War of 1812 and provide year-round activities. The Seaway Trail offers excellent views of Lake Erie and Presque Isle State Park. The glorious sunsets alone are worth the trip.
